The Joint Controllers will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event and to analyse visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for attendees. When entering the virtual event's platform, your company details or, in case of an individual, your name and surname may be shared with the other users of the virtual event platform to allow them to engage with you. If you accept and confirm a meeting invite as part of the digital event, then your full contact details will be shared directly with the other attendee, buyer, sponsor or exhibitor with whom you have connected and confirmed the meeting. Your contact details may also be shared whenever you engage with sponsored content during the event (i.e. attend a sponsored session, view an ad, download sponsored content, etc.) and the sponsors may follow up with you to confirm your interest in their products. Generally, we will let you know at the time of collection if a product or service is sponsored and we will collect your consent to the sharing of personal data with sponsors.
The Joint Controllers may send you updates on relevant similar products and services or other marketing communications and you can always decide to not receive such updates and communications by writing an e mail to databi-hk@Informa.com or writing to the address indicated in the privacy policy available HERE, without prejudice to your participation to the digital event.
I acknowledge and agree that my personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy available HERE and following the event, Cosmoprof Asia Limited, BolognaFiere Cosmoprof Spa and Informa Markets Asia Limited will contact me with updates about relevant similar products and services including products and services of their affiliates.
