Where can i find the interactive directory?

Is it possible to use the same email to register more users?

No, it is not possible: in order to complete the registration successfully, each user must register with his/her email address.

If more employees working for the same company/beauty center register on our website, each will type his/her email address and repeat the requested information relating to the company/beauty center. 

 

I am already registered to the Cosmoprof community but I don’t remeber my password, how can I recover it?

To recover your password please click HERE and select “RESET PASSWORD”. Type the email address you have used during your registration and we will send you the instructions to reset it.

I need assistance to register on the website, who can I contact?

For information and support, please contact visitors@cosmoprof.it.

I have not received the email to activate my account after my registration, what should I do?

You can ask for another activation email by clicking HERE and selecting “SEND ACTIVATION EMAIL”.

We also suggest checking if by any chance, the activation email is in the spam folder.

After making my registration, can I change my email address?

Once registered, it is no longer possible to change your email address.

If you need to use a different email address, it will be necessary to register again with the email address of your choice.
