Ankie has more than 21 years of experience in yoga. Her journey started in New York at OM Yoga, and from that day forward yoga practice became part of her life. In 2010 she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Hong Kong. She also released 2 yoga DVD's which launched in 2010. Off the mat, Ankie is also an acclaimed actress and model. With an international background, Ankie enjoys connecting to people through yoga - teaching yoga and learning from others is her greatest joy.

Zoe has won over 20 championships in international and local bodybuilding and judo competitions. She starts her coach journey as a swimming instructor and judo athlete . She believes as a personal trainer is about helping people reach their health and fitness goals. People need help and motivation when it comes to safely and effectively incorporate exercise into their routine. Then she develops herself further and becomes a 360-degree trainer. Now she is a certified personal trainer with mat Pilates, yoga, and fitness experience. She also works with different corporate to creates fitness and wellness workshops for their employee base on their goals. In 2020, she won the Top outstanding fitness coach award.
Ella attended teacher training with Patrick Creelman in 2017 and yoga Wheel teacher training with Gopal Palanisamy. She focuses on yoga Therapy, spinal health yoga and rehabilitation with yoga.
Awareness of life being a cycle of good times and hard times led Ella to study Tai Chi. In Tai Chi , the concept of yin yang is the notion that one can see a dynamic duality(such as active/passive, dark/light, forceful/yielding)in all things.
Ella completed Tai Chi training in the Traditional Kung Fu Academy in Wudang Mountain. Hubei Province.
In year 2018 Ella combined both yoga and Tai Chi and became the founder of YogQi a practice combining the stretching-alignment of yoga with movements of Tai chi-qigong with a focus on strengthening the body, gaining flexibility, core muscle strength and body balance.

Delia is a Dharma Yoga teacher, originally trained under Samrat Dasgupta in HK, and currently completing her 1,000 hour teacher training with Sri Dharma Mittra in Dharma Yoga Center NYC. She offers classes in Dharma Yoga Wheel, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She is also the co-founder of MDFL MVMT, a platform promoting mindfulness practice in Hong Kong. Being able to witness one's transformation on a physical, mental and spiritual level is her greatest motivation. She welcomes everyone to join her on the mat with an open heart and an open mind.
